During this training, the Long Bien District Police Department's Fire and Rescue Team focused on propagating escape measures when fires and explosions occur at large facilities; procedures for performing a fire rescue; directly instruct some principles of escape at high-rise buildings (using emergency exits or ropes...), and at the same time, give practical instructions on using hand-held fire extinguishers and some fire fighting tools.

Firefighting and rescue forces use ladder trucks and inclined rope ladders to bring people from above to a safe place.
At the end of the practice session, residents gathered to listen to the police, fire protection police, and the Natural Resources Management Board to evaluate the results and draw lessons for the drill.
